INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or any personal identifying information
• Account credentials — we have no accounts or login system
• Payment information — the site is completely free
• Your IP address for tracking purposes
• Character data you generate — it exists only in your browser session
• Browsing history or behavior tracking data

LOCAL STORAGE

ForgeMage.com uses your browser's local storage to remember your 5 most recently generated character names. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is never transmitted to our servers
• Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data
• Contains only character names and classes — no personal information

AI GENERATION SERVICE

Character generation on this site uses an AI language model via a proxy service. When you click Forge This Character, the following information is sent to the AI service:

• Your selected class, race, alignment, and background
• Any optional character concept text you enter
• Your selected gender option

This information is used solely to generate your character and is not stored, sold, or used to train AI models. We do not attach any identifying information to these requests. The AI service we use operates under its own privacy policy.

Do not enter real personal information in the character concept field.

COOKIES

ForgeMage.com does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics service.

Google Fonts is loaded from Google's servers to display our typography. Google may set cookies associated with this service. Please refer to Google's privacy policy for details.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

ForgeMage.com is designed to be family friendly and appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal information from any users, this site is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

All AI-generated content on this site is filtered to ensure family-appropriate output. Combat descriptions are kept at a tasteful fantasy level appropriate for the tabletop RPG hobby.

Because we do not collect or store personal data, there is no personal data at risk on our servers. Character data generated on this site exists only in your browser and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
